Blocks with different colours will merge. The first colour encountered is kept.

Ignore materials when merging

Blocks with different materials will merge. The highest material tier is kept.

Discard = delete tiny decorative blocks from the output. Ignore = keep them as-is, skip merging. Threshold is the minimum side length.

Grid match distance

Coordinates are rounded to the nearest integer for merging. Blocks where any coordinate moves more than this distance are kept unchanged. Protects non-integer-grid designs from being mangled.
